AI Ethics Policy

CREATIVE CREW INC. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following AI Ethics Principles to ensure responsible use of AI technologies, protect the safety and rights of users, and fulfill our social responsibilities.
By using the AI-related services provided by the Company (such as MyMem Lite, MyMem Pro, and other AI-assisted tools), you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms.

Human-Centered Values

The Company positions AI as a “technology to enhance human capabilities.”
We will never use AI in ways that undermine human dignity or rights, and we will always prioritize respect for people.

Ensuring Safety

The Company takes technical and operational measures to prevent AI from being used for fraud, dangerous activities, or criminal acts.

Protection of Privacy

Information obtained through the use of AI will be used only within the scope of its intended purpose and never for any other use.
In particular, “memory information” in MyMem is treated as the user’s personal information and will never be shared with third parties without explicit permission.
Furthermore, memory data will not be used as training material for AI learning.

Ensuring Security

The Company implements appropriate security measures to protect data, communications, and systems related to AI services from unauthorized access or data breaches.
If a security issue is identified, we will promptly take corrective action and provide notification.

Transparency and Accountability

We strive to clearly explain, to the extent possible, how our AI operates and what data it references.
We also provide warnings and supplementary explanations to help users avoid misunderstanding AI outputs.
